Brand Terms of Service
UGC Buzz
Welcome to UGC Buzz — we connect brands with trusted, high-quality creators aged 40+ across the UK and Europe. By submitting a brief and working with creators through the platform, you agree to the following:
1. Using the Platform
- All communication, creator selection, and project management must take place within the UGC Buzz platform.
- This ensures a smooth, transparent process for both brands and creators.
2. Contact with Creators
- Brands must not contact or attempt to work with creators outside of the platform for opportunities introduced through UGC Buzz.
- This includes direct outreach during or after a project.
- Any attempt to bypass the platform may result in removal from UGC Buzz.
3. Creator Matching
- UGC Buzz will make every effort to connect you with suitable creators based on your brief.
- Final content outcomes may vary depending on the creator and brief provided.
- UGC Buzz is not responsible for the performance or results of advertising campaigns.
4. Briefs & Deliverables
- Brands are responsible for providing clear, accurate briefs.
- Deliverables, timelines, and expectations must be outlined within the brief.
- Any additional requirements (e.g. usage rights, exclusivity, licensing) must be agreed at the time of booking.
5. Payments
- Payment is due to UGC Buzz within 7 days of content approval and sign-off.
- Prompt payment ensures creators are paid quickly and fairly.
- UGC Buzz will pay creators directly.
- Late payment may result in delays to creator payments and future projects.
6. Platform Fees
- UGC Buzz includes its service fee within the agreed project cost.
- Brands are not required to manage creator payments directly.
7. Revisions & Feedback
- Brands may request reasonable revisions in line with the original brief.
- Additional work outside of the agreed scope may incur additional costs.
8. Platform Role
- UGC Buzz is a curated platform that facilitates connections between brands and creators.
- We manage sourcing, coordination, and workflow.
- We are not responsible for the commercial performance of content once delivered.
9. Account Conduct
- Fail to make payment on time.
- Attempt to bypass the platform.
- Behave unprofessionally toward creators.
- Repeatedly provide unclear or misleading briefs.
UGC Buzz reserves the right to suspend or remove brands who:
