Terms of Service
By using The Buzz platform, you agree to the following terms.
For Creators
No Direct Contact
Creators must not contact brands directly outside of The Buzz platform. All communication must go through the platform.
Breach Policy
Any breach of these terms will result in immediate removal from the platform. This includes attempting to circumvent the platform to work directly with brands.
Payment Terms
Creators will be paid within 14 days after content has been signed off by the brand. Payment is processed through The Buzz platform.
Content Standards
All content must be original and created specifically for the brief provided. Creators retain ownership of their content unless otherwise agreed in the usage rights.
For Brands
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days of content approval. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Platform as Intermediary
The Buzz acts as the intermediary between brands and creators. Brands must not attempt to contact or hire creators outside of the platform.
Content Usage
Usage rights are as specified in the project brief. Any usage beyond the agreed terms requires additional negotiation and payment.
Confidentiality
All project briefs, scripts, and business information shared through the platform are confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
General Terms
Platform Rights
The Buzz reserves the right to approve or reject any creator or brand application. We maintain quality standards to ensure the best experience for all parties.
Modifications
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
